We highly recommend you to preheat your bread for 20 seconds before eating to maintain its softness.

Takeaway:
Please be assured that our products contain no added preservatives and are made fresh daily. For the best flavour, you are recommended to enjoy your meal immediately. To achieve a tender bite, kindly preheat your breads for approximately 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave before consumption. If you cannot finish your bread on the day of purchase, kindly refrigerate it for next day.

The best shelf lives for our cakes and swiss rolls are 3 days.

Whereas for beverage, it is recommended to drink within 1 hours in order to ensure the best quality.

Can I order through phone?

Yes, you may place your order through our customer service hotline at 017-4083833 and inform our staff of your preferred pickup time. Please note that response times may be slower during periods of limited manpower or high demand.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after the order is confirmed?

Yes, any changes or cancellation to your order you must call our customer care line at +6017-4083833. We shall refund you your payment within twenty-four (24) hours after your refund has been confirmed except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been delivered / processed, refund is not allowed.

Do you accept E-Wallet payment?

Yes, we accept make payment through Boost, Grab, And TNG.

How long can I keep my cake / swiss roll / chiffon / cookies?

As all our products do not contain preservation, cakes, swiss roll and chiffon are best consumed within 3 days, while cookies to consume within 3 weeks.

How do I keep the cake / swiss roll / chiffon / cookies when I received it?

All cakes, swiss roll and chiffon must keep refrigerated at all time before served. Cookies to keep in dry room temperature, avoid from direct sun contact.

How early in advance should I order my cake?

We recommend order confirmation for at least 2 days in advance, while custom made cakes recommend at 3 days in advance.

For corporate events, dessert tables and catering, we recommend at least two weeks of advance notice or more if possible.

Do you accept custom orders?

We accept custom made orders for individual cakes, corporate events, dessert tables, and catering. Kindly contact us for more information.
Delivery Information

Delivery Terms & Conditions

In House Delivery service is only valid for a minimum purchase of RM30 and above.

Customer is to arrange your own delivery if purchase is less than RM30.

Delivery Details

All deliveries are facilitated through third-party platforms. We recommend that customers arrange for a pickup through their preferred third-party delivery service. Alternatively, we can assist in contacting a third-party delivery service on your behalf;

However, all associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be based on the prevailing rates of the third-party service on the day of delivery.

Please note that Shake & Bake Cafe reserves the right to decline assistance with arranging third-party deliveries during periods of limited manpower or high demand.

Delivery Cost

The charge for Ipoh delivery service

More than RM30 or less than RM80 (within 10km), Delivery flat rate will be RM8.00.

More than RM80 free delivery (within 7km), Delivery fee RM5.00 from 7.1km to 10km.

Delivery fee depends on third-party delivery (for address 10.1km and above)

Reminders for Customers Arranging Third-Party Pickup

For orders containing sliced cakes or whole cakes, we recommend selecting the car option instead of the motorcycle option to ensure safe delivery and to prevent damage to the cakes.
