Rules & Regulations, Benefits of Membership Card

1. This card may be used for making purchases at Shake & Bake store only.

2. Shake & Bake store do encourage member to treat this card like cash.

3. This card can be used for Points collection at Shake & Bake store.

4. This card is a points-based rewards card where member can get 1 point for every RM1 spent.

5. Member have to present this card to counter to enjoy Points collection before payment.

6. Shake & Bake Member Points accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items except in those stated in the Shake & Bake Redemption Programme.

7. Shake & Bake Member Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/ or not for sale to any other persons.

8. Member are solely responsible for the use and care of own card.

9. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services. A processing fee of RM20 will be charged for each replacement membership card.

10. Rewards members card can check their points balance at Shake & Bake store only or call our Customer Careline at (05)-243 3833.

11. Benefits of owning this card are as follows:

• Get chances to have Lucky Draw
• Get extra point in specific festival or special day
• Redeem a free selected slice cake before three days or on the day of your birthday (starts from 1st January 2021)
• Super value promotion for member only
