Refund Policy

You may apply for refund if you decide to cancel your orders before we start to deliver. We shall refund you your payment within twenty-four (24) hours after your refund has been confirmed except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been delivered/processed, refund is not allowed. We encourage you to communicate with us in the event where problem arises in a transaction.
